Each day, we handpick fresh lettuces, sun-kissed tomatoes, fragrant herbs, and vibrant seasonal vegetables, all grown under the warm Corfiot sun. We use no chemicals or artificial enhancers, so you can enjoy pure, natural ingredients in every bite.
Whether it’s juicy zucchinis, crisp cucumbers, aromatic lemons, tender eggplants, sweet bell peppers, earthy carrots, or fragrant basil and oregano, our homegrown ingredients shine in every dish. We also harvest olives from our own groves, adding their rich flavor to our meals. You’ll find freshly picked figs, sweet onions, and fragrant mint, adding unique flavors that are authentic to Corfu.
